Report：UEC Delegation Visits Universities in Milan, Italy

On March 18, 2024, Prof. Abe, a member of the Board of Directors（Education and International Strategy）, Prof. Furukawa, Specially Appointed Associate Professor at the Internship Promotion Office, and staff from the International Affairs Office of the University of Electro-Communications, visited the University of Milano-Bicocca and Politecnico di Milano.

At the University of Milano-Bicocca, Vice Rector for International Relations, Prof. Pasi, and Prof. Abe delivered opening remarks, followed by an introduction to both universities. Subsequently, a detailed exchange of opinions took place regarding the signing of an agreement and the promotion of further exchanges between the institutions.

At Politecnico di Milano, the delegation met with faculty members from the Department of Electronics, Information, and Bioengineering, where they received an overview of the research conducted at both universities. Discussions aimed at initiating research collaborations and facilitating student exchanges were also held.

UEC is actively enhancing its partnerships with European universities and remains committed to fostering collaboration with both institutions through academic and student exchanges.
