The Joint Conference of the 8th International Conference on ESP in Asia & the 3rd International Symposium on Innovative Teaching and Research in ESP in Japan (August 19-21, 2016)

We are pleased to announce that the above conference will be held on August 19 to 21, 2016, at the University of Electro-Communications (UEC) Tokyo, Japan. English for Specific Purposes (ESP) is a growing area of English education in EFL (English as a Foreign Language) field in Asia. English for Science and Technology (EST), as an important branch of ESP, is the core approach supporting the development of Undergraduate and Graduate Technical English course curricula at UEC Tokyo. This conference is the very first international ESP conference to be held in Japan. We welcome all ESP and EAP (English for Academic Purposes) educators and researchers as well as the subject specialists who are concerned with the English education in their fields and the academic English abilities development of their students.
