On May 20, 2025, Dr. Michael YANGA, President of Dr. Yanga's College in the Philippines, Vice President Mr. Edgar YANGA, and five other faculty and staff members visited the University of Electro-Communications (UEC). They were accompanied by Dr. Natsuko Uchida a lecturer at Ferris University and an alumna of UEC. The delegation held a meeting with Dr. Kazuaki OYA, member of the Board of Directors at UEC.
Following a welcome greeting by Dr. OYA, he provided an overview of UEC, including its educational and research activities as well as its international collaboration initiatives. This was followed by an active discussion on possibilities for future academic exchange and educational cooperation.
The delegation also visited Artificial Intelligence eXploration Research Center (AIX), where they exchanged views with Prof. Yasuhiro MINAMI on the Center's cutting-edge research and initiatives. This visit served as a valuable opportunity to strengthen ties between the two institutions and contribute to their future collaboration and development.
