On July 14, 2025, the University of Electro-Communications (UEC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding and a student exchange agreement with National Yunlin University of Science & Technology (NYUST).
National Yunlin University of Science & Technology conducts education and research across colleges such as Engineering, Humanities and Applied Sciences and numerous research centers. It prioritizes collaboration with industry and is recognized as a top Taiwanese university in this field. Furthermore, as a green university, NYUST is characterized by its environmental initiatives, such as reusing 85% of its campus water.
UEC and NYUST have previously engaged in faculty and student exchanges. This agreement is a result of these ongoing collaborations, and we anticipate that it will further strengthen cooperative relationships across a wide range of fields. This partnership is expected to not only enhance the research capabilities of both universities but also broaden students' international perspectives.
