On Monday, February 2, 2026, a delegation from the University of Electro-Communications paid a courtesy call to Her Excellency Nagma Mohamed Mallick, Ambassador of India to Japan, at the Embassy of India in Tokyo.
The meeting began with warm welcoming remarks from Her Excellency. In response, Dr. Masakazu Muramatsu, Member of Board of Directors (Education), speaking as the next President, offered greetings on behalf of UEC, and Dr. Kazuaki Oya, Member of Board of Directors (International and Public Relations Strategy), provided an overview of UEC. Following these introductions, both parties engaged in a productive discussion to enhance academic and cultural ties and strengthen future collaboration between India and UEC.
