On April 8, 2026,the University of Electro-Communications (UEC) has concluded an academic exchange agreement with Hubei University of Technology, located in Hubei Province, China. Hubei University of Technology is a key university specializing in engineering and industrial fields, and has earned a strong reputation both within the region and beyond, particularly in engineering disciplines. The university has long been engaged in education and research in areas such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, and information technology, with established strengths in these fields.
In addition, the university engages in collaboration with overseas universities and research institutions, and offers educational programs with an international perspective. It also facilitates international exchange through the acceptance of international students and various exchange programs for students and faculty members.
Through this agreement, both universities are expected to further strengthen their collaboration across a wide range of areas, including student exchange, joint research, and the development of educational programs.
