The goal of this center is to promote practical distance learning and contribute to the sophistication and internationalization of research and education.
Responsibilities
The center uses the Internet to provide an environment for independent learning that makes it possible for the students of the university to learn what they want to at any time and in any place.
- Matters pertaining to the building of an e-learning implementation model for the university
- Matters pertaining to the development of educational content, the development of a fundamental system, and the implementation and evaluation of education
- Matters pertaining to empirical, practical research into practical didactic methods for e-learning
- Matters pertaining to the sophistication and internationalization of research and education and to partnerships with companies, and the like Other matters pertaining to e-learning
