| Objectives |
- 1)South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation(SAARC)has eight member-countries (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri-Lanka). There are a number of foreign students and faculty members who visit UEC every year from these countries. The ties between UEC and SAARC may increase many folds by mutual interactions through the UEC-SAARC Symposium on Emerging Technologies.
- 2)The conference brings together the experts and competent students from UEC and SAARC countries on a platform.
- 3)The conference opens up areas of cooperation and collaboration for UEC in areas of mutual interests with SAARC countries.
- 4)In addition, the conference is a gateway for the capable students and experts from SAARC countries to train themselves in the world class scientific infrastructure at UEC.
