Current Areas of Research Interest:
(1) Ferroics and Multiferroics (Magnetoelectrics, Relaxors, Morphotropic Phase Boundary Systems, Doped Quantum Paraelectrics, Antiferrodistortive Phase Transitions, etc.), (2) Polytypism and Structural Phase Transitions in Layered Materials, (3) Monte Carlo Simulation and Calculation of Diffuse Scattering, (4) Powder X-ray and Neutron Crystallography (5) Shape Memory Alloys( magnetic and non-magnetic), (6) Synthesis of Advanced Ceramics.
